Project Overview

AICAN is India’s first fully customizable AI-powered ERP designed specifically for MSMEs in the manufacturing sector. The platform integrates various business functions, including CRM, production, inventory, and dispatch, into a single streamlined system. The goal was to digitize and optimize the unstructured and unorganized operations of MSMEs, empowering them to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and scale their businesses effectively.

My Role: UX Designer

As a UX designer, my role was to ensure that AICAN provided an intuitive, user-friendly, and efficient experience for MSME users, many of whom had limited exposure to complex digital tools. My key responsibilities included:

• User Research & Analysis: Conducted research to understand the pain points and workflows of MSME factory owners and employees.
• Wire framing & Prototyping: Designed user-friendly interfaces that simplified complex ERP functionalities.
• Usability Testing: Gathered user feedback to iterate and improve the platform’s navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Collaboration with Developers: Worked closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
